The building stands on the site of a demolished primary school of which only the facade is preserved. Behind it stands the new building with a basement and two levels above ground in selfcompacting concrete. The structure is characterized by 20cm thick partition walls with in-built stainless steel pipes for vertical air conditioning distribution.
